PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS GAME APPLICATION ("APPLICATION"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 

1. Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Videbus TV ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Application. By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Application.  

 

2. Use of the Application

The Application is intended for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including without limitation, to transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

Except where copyright free materials are used, the Application and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.  

 

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.  

 

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE APPLICATION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  

 

6. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on the Application. Your continued use of the Application after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.  

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
